Maintenance

Consistency You Can Count On

Weekly pool maintenance keeps your water balanced, your pool cleaner, and your equipment easier to monitor. Our team handles the routine cleaning, chemistry checks, and visual equipment review so your pool receives steady care throughout the season.

Every pool is different. Before starting service, we begin with a conversation and a visit to see the pool, review the equipment, and confirm the maintenance approach that fits your property.

What We Do Every Visit

Skimming & Debris Removal

Surface debris is removed and baskets are emptied to help maintain flow and keep your pool looking clean.

Chemical Balancing

Chlorine, pH, alkalinity, stabilizer, and other key readings are tested and adjusted as needed.

Wall & Floor Brushing

Walls, steps, benches, and tile line are brushed to help prevent algae growth and surface buildup.

Equipment Check

Pump, filter, heater, valves, and visible equipment are checked for obvious leaks, pressure issues, and performance concerns.

Digital Service Reports

After each visit, you receive a digital report with chemistry readings, completed tasks, notes, and service confirmation.

Priority Support

Weekly service customers receive priority scheduling when repairs, inspections, or additional pool services are needed.

Common Questions

Do I need to be home for service?

No. As long as we have safe access to your pool area and equipment, we can complete the weekly visit and send your service report digitally.

Are chemicals included?

Standard maintenance chemicals are included with weekly service plans. Specialty treatments, severe algae recovery, phosphate treatment, or unusual water correction may be handled separately if needed.

How do I know the service was completed?

Every visit includes a digital service report with completed tasks, water chemistry readings, technician notes, and service confirmation.

How do I get started?

The first step is a conversation. From there, we can schedule a visit to see the pool, review the equipment, and confirm the right maintenance approach based on what we observe.
