Pool conditions vary widely. Results from cleaning, maintenance, water treatment, green pool recovery, tile cleaning, acid washing, repair, replacement, or equipment service depend on the condition of the pool, equipment, surface, plumbing, water chemistry, and other factors.

Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, we do not guarantee specific results, timelines, water clarity, stain removal, energy savings, equipment lifespan, or repair outcomes.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the pool, equipment area, gates, electrical panels, water sources, and service areas as needed. Locked gates, unsafe conditions, aggressive animals, restricted access, or hazardous property conditions may prevent service.

We may decline, pause, reschedule, or discontinue service if access is unavailable, unsafe conditions exist, or the requested work is outside our service scope.

As part of service visits, inspections, maintenance, repairs, or estimates, we may photograph pool areas, equipment, water conditions, completed work, or issues requiring attention.

These photographs may be used for service documentation, internal records, customer communication, quality assurance, and proof-of-service reports.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating a formal dispute, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the matter informally.

Venue: Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be handled in a proper venue located in Nevada, unless otherwise required by law.
