Pool Equipment Problems Need a Closer Look
Pool equipment problems rarely fix themselves. Whether your pump has stopped circulating, your heater will not fire, your filter pressure is off, or your automation is not responding, we begin with an on-site inspection to understand the issue before discussing repair options.
Every system is different. Seeing the equipment pad, plumbing layout, valves, visible leaks, and current operating condition helps us avoid guesswork and recommend the most practical next step.
What We Service
Pump Repair & Replacement
Inspection, troubleshooting, and repair for circulation pump issues, including low flow, leaks, loud motors, priming problems, and replacement when needed.
Filter System Service
Service for sand, cartridge, and DE filter systems, including pressure issues, dirty filters, worn parts, cleaning needs, and replacement options.
Heater Troubleshooting
Inspection and troubleshooting for gas, electric, and heat pump pool heaters that are not heating, cycling incorrectly, or showing error codes.
Automation & Controls
Troubleshooting for smart controls, timers, variable speed pump schedules, salt systems, and equipment that is not responding correctly.
Visible Leak Troubleshooting
Inspection of visible plumbing, valves, pumps, filters, and equipment connections for signs of leaks. If specialized leak detection is needed, we will discuss next steps.

Common Questions
Do you repair all pool equipment problems?
We handle many common pool equipment issues, including pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, automation controls, and visible equipment leaks. If a repair requires specialized work outside our scope, we will explain that after reviewing the system.
Can you tell me the repair cost over the phone?
We can discuss symptoms over the phone, but accurate repair recommendations require seeing the equipment in person. Pool systems vary by age, layout, condition, plumbing, electrical setup, and part availability.
What if my pump or heater needs to be replaced?
If replacement makes more sense than repair, we will explain why and discuss options based on the existing equipment setup, pool needs, and compatibility.
Do you offer after-hours support?
Yes. We offer after-hours support for urgent equipment issues when available, especially problems that could affect circulation, water loss, or pool safety.
Equipment Acting Up?
Tell us what is happening with your equipment. We will start with a conversation and schedule a visit to inspect the system before recommending repair options.
